Kent C. Cobb – Mr. Cobb obtained his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degree in Finance from the University of Tulsa in 1989. His Finance emphasis was portfolio and investment analysis. Following business school, he earned his Juris Doctorate in 1992 from the University of the Pacific's law school in Sacramento, California.
